Rates
$125 per session (50-55 minutes).
$175 for initial/intake session (50-55 minutes).
Insurance
I bill most insuraces on behalf of my clients. Currently, I am billing Regence, Premera and LifeWise and First Choice as in-network. All others are billed as out-of-network. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I ask that clients pay for the first session in full since all insurance coverages are not known at the time of the first session. After the first session I will contact your insurance company to verify eliigibilioty and benefits for services. You may check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What is my co-pay or co-insurane amount due for each session?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may available on a limited and as needed basis basis.
Payment
Cash or Check are preferred. I also accept payment from most credit cards and even HSA cards for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or move a session please feel free to contact me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your session and or offer someonme else the opportunity to come at the time you are cancelling or rescheduling. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment (NO SHOW), or cancel with less than 24 hours notice (LATE CANCEL), I ask that you pay the fee for that session. If you can reschedule within the same calendar week you do not need to pay the Late Cancel or No-show fee, you simply pay the regular fee when you come late in the week.
